Our Engineered Flooring featured with precise milling
of perfect match Tongue and Groove, Multiply cross directional construction for maximum dimensional stability, special design of back groove provide proper buffer to contraction/expansion forces, the construction assures stability and trouble free under various degrees of humidity and weather condition.

Multi-layer 9 to 11 steps of UV lacquer modified with Ceramic or Aluminum Oxide for Anti-scratch and high wear resistance. The natural wood grains and rich textures of surface are identical to traditional solid wood floorings. The floor with thicker wear layer can be sanded and lacquered many times if job done by a professional refinisher.

 


 

Main Specs:

  • E1 standard of formaldehyde emission plywood substrate.
  • 9-11 steps UV lacquer modified with Ceramic or Aluminum Oxide for anti-scratch and ultra wear resistance.

     
  • Wax,UV oil available upon request.
  • Face: Frame saw hardwood veneer for thicker wear layer collection, sliced hardwood veneer for thin wear layer collection.
  • Substrate: Birch, Pine, or Meranti Plywood for option.
  • Installation: on or above, or below ground level.
  • Installation method: Staple or nail down with glue.
  • Applicable to Radiant heat system.
 
Radiant Heat System Condition:
  • System must be operational. Please refer to NWFA’s installation guide for Radiant Heat flooring.
  • Surface temperature can not exceed 85 degree F ( or 28 degree C)
  • Maintain proper humidity level between 40% and 60% RH at all time.
